Job Description

Handling existing outlets / dealers, making sales improvement and meeting annual sales targets on a daily basis without fail.
Hiring and training the sales team
Coordinate with the dealer and maintain good relation with them
Visit the dealers on a daily basis and to visit all the key business dealers at least once in a month and ensure a smooth functioning of business unit
Liaison with channel / trade partners (distributors) periodically and ensure their timely investment on stocks and market service is ensured.
New outlet adding and business expansion and TP / distributor appointment.
Take care of TPs / distributors on business aspect

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate or Post graduate with relevant experience of 4 to 9 years
    Candidate should be young and dynamic candidate with sales & marketing experience in woven (i.e. shirt / t-shirt / denim / trouser etc.)
    Candidate should be good at verbal and written email communication and willing to travel
    Should have the experience of multi brand outlets & the vast geographical knowledge of respective state
    Candidate having sales experience (shop to shop / dealer to dealer) only need to apply
    Candidate should be good team player & should have commitment towards job
    Candidate should be able handle enormous dealers, around 10 sales executives & 7 distributors
    Should have 100% garments trade profiles only.
