Vendor management & capability building
Liaising with other departments within the organization to ensure projects are completed
Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new vendors for future products
Meeting suppliers and negotiating terms of contract
Liaising with shop personnel to ensure product/collection supply meets demand
Vendor rationalization to improve the supply base effectiveness and efficiency by down sizing and right sizing your vendors
