Job Description
Support Statutory/Tax audit by providing the required information / reports on time. Ensure accurate and timely consolidation of accounts across the divisions and finalize for local statutory reporting.Provide MIS inputs to Management and for finalization of MR's.Liase with third party shared service center to ensure all entries are passed on time and review these journal entries for accuracy.Preparation/review of monthly reporting as per the month end closure calendar/timelines - Collecting data from various stakeholders and reporting the same in specified formats. This involves knowledge of SAP and related software apart from good interpersonal skills to work with other teams in a time bound manner.Preparation/computation and finalization of Group Recharges. Addressing/resolving questions raised by Group. Supporting the computation by working files, coordinating with HRBP to ensure group employees are mapped to right cost centers.Driving for Audit closure (includes Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit) by with coordinating within Finance and with other departments.Assist in preparation of Statutory and Tax Financials including preparation of notes to accounts.Preparation of quarterly financials for Bank (include stock reporting)Preparation of working papers for PPE Insurance (including maintaining up to date asset register)
