Job Description

Responsible for the quality of the product, resources and their application in the department
Keep in control the breakage in simplex and ring frame and maintain working of process
Execute all parameters in department instructed by functional head (technical)
Ensure segregation of non-conforming product to avoid mix-up and to stop the machine in case of any non-conformity
Identify the training needs of newly appointed personnel regarding machine feature and quality of product
Implementation of IMS
Responsible for idle spindle, hank loss, lot run out, speed loss,
Check the cleaning of lot change machine and to provide adequate RH% condition in department.
Decide colour scheme for any new lot for segregation purpose
In case of any non-conforming material, stop the machine and bring to the notice of functional head (technical)
Decide the machine allocation on particular product & related mechanical particulars such as draft gears, twist gears, pulleys etc.
