Job Description

Handling all court proceedings across various District Courts/ High Courts
and Tribunals including Criminal Complaints, Police liaison, Arbitration and
other Commercial Litigation matters.
Briefing to Advocates, Counsels pertaining to various litigation including
Infrastructure, Power, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing sectors.
Drafting and Replying to Notices, Drafting variety of contracts,
nondisclosure agreements, sales, general terms of agreements.
Serving as point-of-contact between Sintex Industries Limited and other
parties in contractual matters
Maintaining and updating contractual records, changes, status reports,
and other information.
Monitoring contract compliance with established procedures.
