Job Description
You will responsible to meet the entire engineering sewing requirement/aspect of BLI1, BLI2, BLI3 and BLSC with the given resources. You will also be accountable for all the technical issues from the sample stage to final production. Reducing Machine down time to zero and maintaining the total OH within the budgeted level while maintaining the required standard of the factory will be your responsibility. Successful implementation of TPM culture within the BLI cluster and other related engineering process improvement projects assigned by the management lies within the scope of your role. Motivating and building a sustainable engineering sewing team with the required skill level is essential, while maintaining the overall cost.Proper planning and utilization of sewing related machines will lie within your scope. You will maintain in the company standard, compliance, systems and procedures as per the group policies.
