Job Description
Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law and ILO convention Relevant on RMG/Sweater sector in Bangladesh.To prepare factory for facing different audit such as social/ethical/environmental/technical/Security/QMS audit.To prepare/updating policy/procedure/SOP/WI for compliance.To maintain and renewal all necessary license/certificates/permits.Maintain employee's personal Files and Personal Data through HRIS.To assist Manager HR & Compliance in the field of recruitment, selection, placement, compensation/benefits, rewards, motivation and performance appraisal, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HR Administration, Fire, and Health & Safety etc.To conduct internal audit in regular basis based on internal checklist and follow- up/report to the management.Handling disciplinary & grievance, employee relation issues as per law.To monitor development, training/awareness on regular basis.Assist in handling disciplinary matters, legal affairs, employee grievance & industrial relations issues.Prepare job description of employees.To ensure and implement buyers COC and requirement of applicable certification program/standard like WRAP, SEDEX, BSCI, FLO-Fair-trade, GOTS etc.
