Plan the mechanical maintenance activities of all the machineriesEstablish specifications for critical spares and components in consultation with Unit HeadRaising indent for machinery spares and lubricantsVerify the purchased machinery spares and componentsMonitor and Control outsourced services (Mechanical)Calibration of mechanical equipmentsFacilitate count changes and trialsCo-ordinate with QA and Production departments for achieving desired quality and productivityPrepare monthly report and submit to the managementCommissioning of new machineries in timeIdentification and evaluation of EMS aspects related to mechanical maintenance departmentDocumenting the EMPs and implementing the activities to achieve the objectives and targets.Identification and evaluation of OHS hazards related to mechanical maintenance departmentDocumenting the OHS programmes and implementing the activities to achieve the objectives and targets.
