Coordinating with marketing team for fabric planning, order execution, checking the availability of resources, production follow up, Updating about the order deliveryCapacity analysis, order booking, orders allotment and execution.Ensuring the availability of inputs as per the planning requirements. Preparation of production planning and production deadline chart to meet targetPreparation of details production work orders which includes all jobs details, work instructions and technical specificationContinuous follow up against produced, in process and balance stock in house and outside.Determining production plans, machine load plans with product supervisorAttend all technical departments meeting for timely delivery of fabric.
