Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible to handle day to day HR & ER activities to support to business. This includes but is not limited to the following
Collaborate closely with business and HR leaders to understand the business opportunities and identify Training and development needs
Design, develop and deliver learning solutions to meet the development needs that will have the greatest impact on the organization.
Develop metrics and evaluation methods to measure learning effectiveness
Participate in business initiatives and offer learning and development advice and support
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
Drive and oversee all employee relations initiatives within the organisation.
Advice and support all parts of the business on employee relations matters to ensure their effective management. Issues include: disciplinary, grievances and performance issues.
Follow the Corporations Code of Business Ethics and Values.
Positively work and influence with team members to partner together to achieve individual, customers and business goals.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. All regulatory requirements per the manufacturing unit have to be anchored and adhered.
Support and ensure compliance audits by Customers and Statutory Auditors Gurgaon Location.
Manage security system effectively Internal and external security
Work closely with internal and external connects and also carry out proactively liaison with all agencies and stake holders

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate or Post Graduate or MBA/PGDM with relevant experience of 4 to 6 years.
    This position requires an understanding of the HR & IR processes, activities, status and goals of the company.
    Experience of HR function Viz ; Time and attendance, Payroll, ESI and PF regulations and remittances and other Social Security legislations
    Adequate Knowledge of Labour legislation and rules applicable to the region.
    Experience of organization development and soft skills training
    Experience of identifying Training needs and execution with solutions
    People Management experience
    Proficient in Verbal and Written Communication skills (English & Hindi language is must), with demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of personnel both internally and externally.
    Should have demonstrated strong behaviors in building trust and teamwork.
    Should be result & detailed oriented and have immaculate credentials on honesty & integrity.
    Ability to multi task and work under minimum supervision in the fast paced manufacturing environment.
    Should have excellent interpersonal and execution skills.
    Should have worked in a matrix and a multi-cultural environment.
    Sound knowledge of Computer applications like all programs in MS Office.
