Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible to handle day to day HR & ER activities to support to business. This includes but is not limited to the following Collaborate closely with business and HR leaders to understand the business opportunities and identify Training and development needs Design, develop and deliver learning solutions to meet the development needs that will have the greatest impact on the organization.Develop metrics and evaluation methods to measure learning effectivenessParticipate in business initiatives and offer learning and development advice and support Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention. Drive and oversee all employee relations initiatives within the organisation.Advice and support all parts of the business on employee relations matters to ensure their effective management. Issues include: disciplinary, grievances and performance issues.Follow the Corporations Code of Business Ethics and Values.Positively work and influence with team members to partner together to achieve individual, customers and business goals. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. All regulatory requirements per the manufacturing unit have to be anchored and adhered.Support and ensure compliance audits by Customers and Statutory Auditors Gurgaon Location.Manage security system effectively Internal and external security Work closely with internal and external connects and also carry out proactively liaison with all agencies and stake holders
