Job Description
Prepare quotation within given time.Verify quotation and handover for further process.Maintain records. Receive site measurements and fabrics/hardware details repofrom designer/project associate.Understand work scope, quantity and rate of fabrics and accessories.Work out rate for value addition work according to project requirement.Consider packing, transport cost and other overheads. Prepare quotation within given time.Verify quotation and handover for further process.Maintain records. In case of non approval of quotation by client, do the rework on measurements, fabrics length, rate etc. and make fresh quotation.Consider suggestions given by client.Send the revised quotation for further process. Coordinate with Manager - Commercial (Head Office) to get clarification & support for preparation of quotation.After approval on quotation get the client confirmation on order.Do follow up to get advance payment with order confirmation with Bde's / Designers Provide periodical reports to Management as per requirement.
