Meets annual sales targetsAttend trade exhibitions and customer meetings.Maintain companys contact management database with accurate, up-to-date contact details.Produce weekly & monthly sales reports.Provide feedback from members and potential customers to enhance product performance and service delivery.Identify and make contact with each & every active / potential customers.Respond to sales requirements from existing and potential customers;Maintain contact with existing and potential customers to promote sales.Preparing proposals, agreements, sales reports, and presentations etc.Maintaining a healthy relationship with existing customers.Providing sales and administrative support involving efficient handling of top and confidential agreements.Respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales inquiries, by telephone and emailAssisting in the implementation of sales strategy prepared by the Sales Head.Wear appropriate business dress at all timesFollow up with clients for outstanding payments within their locations.Assist in the identification of opportunities for new products / customers and for enhancement and development of existing products / customers.Monitor and report on the activities of competitors and potential collaborators and to identify business opportunities and threats.Understand the market in which the company operates and how the company's products and services are used within that market.Identify new markets, both geographical and by industry sector.Deliver presentations at customer sites and at conferences and exhibitions, in case required.Communication and Information:Ensure effective internal communications within the Sales, customer cell, Marketing and across the organization.Report to and meet with the head of sales at a minimum of once per monthFacilitate links with professional and regulatory bodies and commercial organizations etc
