Job Description

Responsible for overall profitability ratios for the business
Creates sales projections and sets objectives
Build and maintain relationships with international buyers & reputed buying offices for long term sustainable business development
Coordinates product management with product development, merchandising, sourcing and operations
Develops and executes full strategic sales and marketing plans
Spearhead market research activities to identify opportunities and foster subsequent product development
Manage the team with a hands on approach
Responsible for advancing brand's image with external & internal customer base
