Job Description
Finalize and drive store level sales to achieve the budgeted towline and bottom lineAnalyze brand / category performance with the territory concept managers to ensure the right product mix for the storeEnsure adequate facilities, store ambience and services for staff and customersCreate effective checks to track utilization of store expensesEnsure adherence to retail standardsRegularly review stock status and monitor timely replenishment (from warehouse to the store)Implement and adhere to the SOPs for all retail operationsTrack and minimize shrinkage, damage and pilferage within normsSupervise the store cash management as per SOPsDrive the retail sales of gift vouchers on the floorEnsure compliance to statutory regulations for the storeMonitor and track competition for bench marking and to initiate counter strategiesInitiate BTL activities and also ensure new customer acquisitions and retention of TIC customersConduct the final round interviews for selection of staff for all positions at the storeManage and ensure employee satisfaction and retentionEnsure training for store staff on product knowledge, retail standards, customer service and personal groomingBuild, coach, develop and motivate the team to meet and exceed performance expectations
