Strategizing/conceptualizing & executing the plans of the BU by introducing products, solutions to our clients to maximize revenue and market share.P&L delivery - full accountability & strong operations focus.Drive the Customer Value Proposition, including customer experience, pricing, go-to-market strategies, product differentiation, etc.Foster strong alignment of all functions and resources across Technology, HR, Product, Marketing, Operations, Market Research, Creative, Finance, Sales, and others.Monitor, measure the metrics, business regularly and create the necessary changes to grow the business innovatively.Constantly involved in cost reduction and improved project management exercises to keep the BU sustainable.Able to anticipate the problems and create a consensus and involved engagement of the employees to work towards profitability.Demonstrated ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholder.Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with strong ability to communicate at all levels, up to and including the Board Membership.
