Job Description
Primarily form a core team of operations, merchandising, sourcing and quality including the general office professionals.Collate all the venture partners into one forum and bring in uniform production process to acquire certification and compliance.Identify and induct sewing operators and impart strict training manual and process for their production excellence.Set the central sourcing team and finalize standard vendors with cost control.Initiate and enhance sampling process to procure orders on time bound supply schedules for execution.Implement lean manufacturing process with quality circles.Invite buyers for first hand understanding of the facility and impress to procure trial orders.Control manufacturing / operations team for maximum production output with less rejections.Plan and implement cost centers for optimum margins at all levels.Strictly enforce discipline in vendor emplacement and get best commercial bargains.Maintain minimum inventory and focus on quick dispatch of manufactured goods to receive timely payments.A keen profit center role within the gambit of targeted timelines.Reports to the board of directors.
