Job Description

To achieve the targeted profitability of the company
Oversee the entire production, sales and marketing, QC, HR, accounts, purchase function
Measure production performance and implement suitable changes for optimization
Ensure maximum utilization of manpower, materials, machinery
Suggest manufacturing process improvements to obtain operational efficiency
Control purchase activities with the support of purchase manager
Have a good repo with manufacturers /exporters of garment/textile
Provide technical support to production units from time to time
Co-ordinate new projects and timely implementation
