Job Description
Policy : Create HR policies for the group and ensure alignment to the Group HR policies in the group companies and divisionsTalent & Leadership Development : Provide Business Heads and Functional Heads with support to create plans to develop key talent capable of meeting the businesses long term business objectivesPerformance Management & HRIS : Create the policy for PMS, PLI, HRIS and direct implementation of the Performance Management System across group companies and divisionsTraining & Development : Set processes to identify training needs across the organization (both current and future) and deploy training resources across group companies and divisionsBudget : Prepare, monitor and control the HR budget for TridentCompliance : Responsible for the statutory compliance with all employee laws and regulationsEngagement and Employer Branding : Create policies to address employee engagement gaps and build a strong Employer BrandAttrition Management : Keep a check on Attrition and implement initiatives in the group towards keeping attrition low as per Attrition analysisGrievance Resolution : Create and monitor processes that address the concerns / queries raised by employees effectively & efficientlyHR Business Partners : Provide guidance and resources to HR Business Partners in deploying and implementing HR policy in the businessesExecutive Committee : Participate in Executive Committee meetings and ensure resolution of all outstanding issuesRecruitment: To Ensure the recruitment activities as per the company recruitment policyInitiatives : To develop, overseas and help implement programs and projects that support company values, vision and short/long term plans
