To coordinate with the Projects team and take over the unit for early stabilization
To coordinate with Head office Program Innovation Office for new product development
To coordinate with Projects at HO for upgradation of existing infrastructure & availability of latest technology
To coordinate with R & D Business Partner for modifying existing processes for new raw materials & validation of products
To coordinate with brand, R&D at HO for new products
To coordinate with other group units for bench marking of KPIs via manufacturing conferences
