Job Description

To Make plans and estimates for the new projects, engage architects, debate BOQ, interact with all consultants of the architects.
Repairing/Addition/Alteration of the existing buildings & infrastructure at Faridabad, Delhi & Noida units & Shahi's other properties.
Supervision of the ongoing projects regarding time target & quality while upholding cost stringency & high quality..
To ensure timely preventive maintenance of all pipelines, sewage, plant supporting civil works.
To check and verify the contractors bills.
To develop new contractor.
Budgeting.
Responsible for all documentation.
Knowledge of AUTOCAD
To carry out other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
