Job Description

Planning for the implementation of audit systems
Promoting awareness on code of conduct requirements throughout the supply chain
Establishing, implementing and maintaining internal monitoring systems in line with the requirements of local law, clients requirements
Organizing resources to facilitate implementation
Monitoring implementation and verifying periodically (internal audits) the effectiveness of the internal monitoring system
Analyzing the effectiveness of remedial or corrective action taken
Verifying and monitoring the non-compliance issues in the facilities and addressing the pending issues based on periodical follow up
Providing input to management for review and facilitating action on the decision taken
Collecting the clients audit reports & consolidating as per the compliance rating parameters like health & safety, fire safety, statutory documents, environment, CTPAT, etc
Guiding and providing awareness to the factories to reduce the non-compliance as per the clients requirements and amendments of local law
Coordinating with the units for collecting the required information whenever clients ask
Attending various client meetings, seminars, awareness programs

Eligibility Criteria

MBA in HR or MSW or PGDM in HR with relevant experience of 8 to 12 years
Candidate should have strong knowledge of Karnataka state compliance and working experience with US and European buyers
Candidate from from Karnataka with knowledge of Kannada and local languages will be preferred
Candidate should have good communication skills in English and willingness to travel within Bangalore and around
Candidate should be assertiveness to handle people at any level in factories and from garment industry only
