Be an operational expert in the areas of compliance & labour Laws.Develop the annual compliance work plan that outlines the company's risk areas and mitigations plans to handle the sameCoordinate compliance activities, review and evaluate compliance issuesEnsure the management and board of directors of a firm are adhering to rules set by the regulatory authorityEnsure all policies are being followed. Regulatory management including timely follow up and reporting on compliance mattersAct as a channel of communication between compliance investigators and concerned partiesDevelop, maintain, and revise policies. As a channel of communication to receive and direct compliance issues to appropriate resources for investigation and resolution,Prevent any unethical or illegal conduct within a firmRespond to violation of regulations, policies, rules, and standards of conductAssist in maintaining corporate books and records pertaining to legal and compliance mattersCarry out regular compliance manager audit in the Business Unit and put up recommendations,(Internal audit). Social Welfare Compliance Audit, Electrical or Technical or Fire Equipment Audit , Audit on Salary Sheet ,Time Section,House Keeping etcMonitor and coordinate external audit review processDevelop and maintain up to date knowledge of compliance under PF, PT, ESIC, Factory Act, industrial disputes act etcUpdate organization time to time on current & revised laws, schemes, impose rules by government.Ensure the Company is meeting the legal financial requirements of their industryAdhere to the best practices of the world class apparels industries as regards to the compliance manager
