Policy formulation under the guidance of managementImplementation, monitoring and feedback on compliance policies being formulated by managementFilling up of facility approval formats and submitting to corporate office for onward transmission to buyers or their nominated auditors.Verification on statutory documents such as renewal of licenses, permissions, exemption letter from govt. etcAttending to all types of compliance audits by buyers or their nominated agenciesImplementation of corrective actions and advising to HO on action taken so that the same can be communicated to buyers or their agenciesVerification & updating all documents, factory health & safety, environmental issuesLooking into employees grievances, if any, and bring it to the notice of the factory manager, welfare officer, HR manager of respective factory, so that they can be resolved at factory level. If not resolved, to bring it to the notice of the management through head of complianceMaintaining overall cordial industrial relationship and atmosphere in the factoriesMonitoring of welfare activities,committee records & training and awareness programsInternal audit among groups and submission of report to factory head or general managerLooking into all maintenance activities related to complianceOverall supervision of all factories on compliance issuesCoordinating with buyers on training needs as suggested by themAny other relevant job responsibilities that will be assigned by the head of compliance or managementConducting social compliance audits at the factories as per the buyers requirementTaking necessary actions as per the audit requirement, finding, suggestions and preparing corrective action planTraining and implementation of compliance process in the factoriesGeneration and maintenance of various audit reports
