Job Description

Will be assisting Production Manager in completing production targets of Weaving department.
Timely and quality production of samples.
Will participate in meetings with PPC, Marketing and HR department to plan and execute production.
Will be responsible for product planning, new product development, procurement, operations, coordination and quality control.
To Ensure most optimum operation of the plant.
To Manage raw material planning and conduct efficiency analysis, cost analysis.
To ensure high productivity of workers on floor and monitor individual performances.
To control shift officers and helping them in smooth operation of shifts.
