Job Description
To execute the plan machine wise and to make ensure that it is achieved. Allocate manpower on machines according to their skill and requirement. Take round and check housekeeping status give instruction to workers if any abnormality.Decide suitable machine according to quality of fabric and process to be run.Co-ordinate with Dyeing Lab to ensure all recipe ready before start the shift.Ensure machine maintenance if any abnormality inform to maintenance department, Create EWR.Ensure dyes and chemical availability as per requirement.Ensure SOP is followed.To ensure shift plan vs actual achieve if any failure then discuss action plan.To ensure dyes & chemicals placing and labeling properly.Verify dyes & chemicals consumption report check the deviation in system and physically. To cross check Greige Fabric quality, Rope size & Quantity before start dyeing.Ensure shade matching and colour fastness should be ok before unloading.To take ownership for the quality of Dyeing and its on time delivery.Co-Ordinate with quality inspection for dyeing quality report of every lot and make action plan if any problem arise.Ensure implement and maintain 5S in the Office and Floor.Conduct trial under proper super-vison for R&D or dyes and chemical testing and documentation properly.Evaluating workers skill and give training and maintain register properly.Responsible for optimizing man & machine utilization to achieve pre-set production targets.To achieve the daily production as per requirement in Fabric dyeing.To make continuous efforts towards cost reduction through process, Re- engineering, automation & best utilization of technologies.to achieve the Targets in terms of Production, Quality and Cost.To ensure the smooth and efficient planning in Fabric dyeing to achieve the dispatch targets.
