Job Description
Create product listings on sites like flipkart, snapdeal, eBay, shopclues, paytm, ama ,zon etc. as well as our own e-commerce site.Prepare large excel sheets with various prices and snazzy formulae.Communicate with courier companies and customers to make sure the products reach the customers.Coordinate with production department to make sure we have up to date inventory.Address customer complaints on phone and email.Coordinate with people at online portals for deals & promotions.Ensure that all the products are listed correctly on all channels.Coordinate with operators (order processing) on daily basis.Managing daily online dispatches.Reconciling payments from all channels. (reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis).Generate more and more sales.Have fun while doing all this hard work.
