Job Description

Your primary job role would be to develop group infra-structure, new construction projects, addition or alterations, while ensuring of best technical solutions at the optimum cost.
You will have to prepare standard bid documents, call tenders, evaluate and recommend bids.

Eligibility Criteria

You should be an Engineering Graduate / Higher Diploma holder from a recognized University in the field of Civil Engineering. Minimum 3 years of proven work experience and good knowledge of structural design, testing of construction materials, analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure would be an added advantage.
You should be proactive and a good team worker within the extended team while being assertive.
Taking off quantities from plans, preparation of BOQ and costing/analysis of rates will also be a part of your job role.
