Job Description

Should be Experience of Transformer, ACB, VCB, DG sets HVAC,HT, LT, Panels, Boiler, Air compressor, Chiller plant, Lifts, ETP, Transformers, fire , plumbing , etc. Candidate should be Garment factory will given advantage.
Handling a team of technician under him and responsible for M&E.
Prepare and ensure Duty shift rosters for all M&E.
Responsible for MMR reports , check all log book, checklist and schedule.
Responsible for all maintenance and operation of all equipment. And ensue all compliance meet.
Update of PPM schedule and records.
Handling a situation in case of non functioning of any equipment and deal with required vendor.
Candidate should be well spoken and confident and able to handle a site independently in case of absence of Manager.
