Job purposeYou will manage business related tasks for the Managing Director such as creating reports,organizing travel and accommodation, taking minutes, and various other organizational tasksas well as personal tasks such as making travel arrangements, household chores etc.Duties and responsibilitiesExtensive follow-up with all employees who report to MD.Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices, letters and other documents.Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.Handle basic bookkeeping tasks.Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents and reports.Helping prepare for meetings.Accurately recording minutes from meetings.Performing all kinds of personal tasks assigned by the MD. Incl. making travelarrangements, household chores etc.Performing office duties that include ordering supplies etc.QualificationsEducation - Graduation from a secretarial college.Skills and Abilities- Excellent follow-up (critical), MS Office (minimum Word, Excel,Powerpoint. Onenote preferred),Other characteristics such as personal characteristics - Good command over English.Experience - Minimum 5 years experience as an assistant to a senior executive.Working conditionsMajority of the work will be desk based. Some tasks may require travel.Office timings - 9 A.M. to 5 P.M, Monday - Saturday.Physical requirementsNo extraordinary physical requirements.Direct reportsWill supervise all Process Coordinators and Data Entry Operators.
