Job Description

Managing entire e-commerce platform in coordination with various departments e.g, warehouse, manufacturing & merchandising
Order fulfillment, packaging, shipment & logistics and stock management
Managing product listings & content in coordination with outsourced web development team
Submit reports on activities and performance of the e-commerce channel
Product upload on different sales channel (manual and CSV)
Exploring innovative ideas and concept to improve sales
Managing different sales channel independently
Social medial advertising and promotions
Client feedback and follow-up
Customer management
