Job Description
You will be responsible for optimizing the capacity at BLI brief section via product categorization, method improvement, operation standardization and process improvement as required. To prepare an efficient layout and implement GSD Patterns, and achieve learning curves and plan SAH of relevant areas with future improvements. You will prepare monthly machine requirements based on the provisional and original plans which are sent by the Planning department. You have to monitor operator incentive achievement and ensure the accuracy of the Incentive data is fed into the system. You will liaise with the innovation team to save manpower and SMV of the styles by standardization and innovation application. Prepare and maintain operator skill matrix for grading of the machine operators and motivate the work force to get training while doing operation to develop their skill level to the next grade
