Job Description

Tracking of Receipt Material from GR generation to Bill Sending to accounts.
Creation of new item code as per user requirement and other related job pertaining to codification of material.
Creation of contracts in system for contractors related to department and sending contract bills.
Tracking and monitoring all incoming material from transporter and clearing transport bills.
Monitoring QA and other issues with user dept.
Sorting issues pertaining to GR / Bills in coordination with purchase dept.
Assisting in all Audits.
Handling contract labour issues on day o day basis.
Assistance in scrap management.
Should be fluent in speaking and understanding Marathi.
