Job Description

Handle end to end HR / compliance / payroll , administration activities
HR polices and procedures
Training and development
Recruitment-selection, induction, joining formalities etc
Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF)
Employee engagement activity, grievance handling
Planning and design performance strategy
Attendance and leave management
Government liasioning, general administration
Compensation & benefit administration
Vendor management(House keeping, Security, Local Transport etc)
Ensuring compliance of SOPs and company policies implementation
Maintaining the statutory register under factory, labour, industrial act
Employee satisfaction and motivation
Employee welfare etc

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate or Post graduate with relevant experience of 3 to 8 years
    Candidate should have complete knowledge of labour/ industrial laws, compliance audit (social compliance, EHS, C-TPAT etc)
    Candidate having manufacturing background, textile experience background will be preferred
    Candidate should have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in industries / factory
    Candidate requires excellent written & verbal communication skills
    Candidate should have good analytical skill and pleasing personality
    Candidate should be self-driven, positive-minded, highly energetic, self-starter, responsible person with good organizational and co-ordination skills
    Candidate should be smart and well-groomed
