Job Description
Making the analysis of the previous 3 seasons to understand the market behavior & buying patterns according to rage width which will help to forecast the new season range. Keeping records of the fabric of the new season developments.Follow up for the fabric sampling yardages with the fabric team & fabric supplier.Ensuring the Season grid with respect to fabric is maintained according the planned grid.Taking the finalized MRP from the senior & maintaining the records of the same.Generating the style no for the designs which are selected during range presentation.Ensure the timely updation of the sampling range plan & master register.Ensuring the fabric cuttings of the finalized designs are given to the sales coordinating team for making the swatch cards.Giving the required details of the designs to the sales coordinating team for the swatch card barcode purpose.Cross checking of the swatch cards ensuring the all details are correct.Participate into the season meet to display the final products & help the marking team & understand the market needs & its behavior directly.Taking the sales order data from the factory for the season & working on it to finalize the designs which we can produce in bulk.& accordingly Working on the order detailing sheet to calculate the required amount of fabric to be order.Giving the fabric cuttings to the Fabric Team to place the fabric order of the same.Closely working with the fabric team to get the required details of the fabric order from the supplier.Calculating the trim fabric required for the bulk & giving the fabric cuttings to the Fabric Team to place the fabric order of the same with the requisition no.Calculating the required trims required collection wise for bulk & gives the same to purchase team for ordering of the same.Making the finalized range plan for the production.Working closely with the fabric team to get the fabric delivery flow to plan the production.Making the production flow plan according to the fabric flow & updating the same to the higher authorities.Making the production reports & update the same to higher authorities Making the fabric requisitions for the sampling fabrics & ensure the PO making of the same.Requesting for the generation of new fabric material codes to SAP team in case of new fabrics.Making the SAP Code sheet design wise, fit wise & sleeve wise & forwarding of the same to the SAP coordinating team for the generation of the SAP codes.Making the necessary changes in the SAP code sheet as per the requirements on timely basis & getting it updated from the SAP coordinating team.
