Job Description

Handle recruitment and selection activities, confirmation, job changes.
Payroll, Compensation & Performance management.
Job Design & Development.
Training & Development.
Employee relation & Discipline.
Responsible for efficient operation of Transport, Security, Safety, Hygiene & Environment of the factory.
Maintain good communication and relation with the local bodies, buyer representative and govt. agencies.
Ensure required HRIS are properly maintained & update
To ensure the factory is always ready for the following audits:
Social compliance audit
Technical / Quality Assurance audit
Security System Audit.

Key Skill

HR, Health, Safety & Fire, Administration.

Eligibility Criteria

Masters in Public Administration/ MBA, Major in Human Resource Management from recognized University & Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from any reputed institute.
