Job Description

Taking care of talent acquisition, performance management, OD interventions, HR operations, learning and development, Industrial Relations and Admin functions in Textile/Manufacturing
Regularized all legal compliances at site, ensuring complete statutory compliance in the execution of IR activities in the organization in Textile/Manufacturing
implementation of SAP Success Factor a complete, cloud based HR system as part of digitalization of HR processes in Textile/Manufacturing
Team Member for improving and standardization of time management process for the entire Textile/Manufacturing setup
Close liaison with government official of concerned departments like Labour department, Director of Factories office, ESIC office, PF and Fire office etc.
Industrial Relations and Labour Laws in textile / Manufacturing
Any garment export company/textile experience in HR as Sr. Manager textile/Manufacturing
Very strong in dealing with govt officials in Textile/ Manufacturing
