To ensure zero breakdowns and 100% preventive maintenance of machines
Zero re occurrence of failures
Coordination & follow up with key external vendors and maintenance consultants
Coordination with process for planning of mechanical jobs
Take new initiatives for improving up time of machine & OEE improvements
Execution of mechanical activities within budgeted expenses
Inventory control of mechanical spares & maintenance cost
