Responsible for overall activities of QA department for spinning unit & knitting unit.
Quality assurance in fabric & spinning department and responsible for all KPI.
Analyze market complaints and plan for corrective & preventive action
Floor level inspection, packing and dispatch to achieve production target.
Carried out trials for improvement in process,quality and reducing manufacturing cost.
Implementing & monitoring ISO 9001-2000 system
