Over all management of factory and manpower
Supervising production manager and other departments to ensure quality production and ensuring targets are achieved
Monitoring /controlling all factory / admin / labour related issues
Liasoning with various government and private organizations for smooth functioning of business operations
Reporting to director for over all smooth functioning of factory as an independent unit

Graduate or Post graduate with relevant experience of 20 to 25 years
