Job Description

Store & Supply Chain Department for Valuka Factory
Main Responsibilities: Lead and Control the Central Warehouse & branch warehouses and distribution teams.
Will arrange efficient receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing policy program.
Will ensure all compliances and safety of the Warehouses.
Will ensure controls Inventory levels by conducting physical counts (when necessary); reconciling with data storage system and ensure verification periodically & tally stocks with system data & report to Head Office day to day basis.
Motivates & retains warehouse staff by coaching, counseling, and appraising performance.
Develop and recommend improvements in warehouse practices to promote efficiency, faster service and lower cost.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Age At least 35 year(s)
    Minimum 10 years experience in related field of which at least 05 years of continuous service record with a reputed organization.
    The applicants with experience in Composite Knit Garments Industry and knowledge (Local Software based) of Modern Warehouse Management with Modern Technology will be treated as special qualification.
    The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Store/Inventory, Supply Chain, Commercial, Purchase/Procurement;
    The applicants should have experience in handling / storing multifarious; goods/machineries/products etc.
    Should have sound knowledge in computer operation with Warehouse Management Software.
    Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hard working, and having leadership quality.
