Should have experience in setting up New Units, Making Factory Layouts, Selection of Machines, Line Planning.Responsible fo rprofitability of Unit.Responsible for overseeing the Factory operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service and cost.Manage the Factory\'s Assets People plant and Machinery.To co-ordinate the Functioning of various depts. towards the organization\'s common GoalAssure the organization\'s mission programs products and services are consistently presentedResponsible for the smooth running of the unit with effective cost control.Responsible for delivering the goods on time with the expected quality requirements of the buyers.Responsible for Establishing the Training as the core means by which to continuously develop personnel.Responsible for establishing clear and effective working relationship and clear communication.Team Management and Leadership skills.
