Job Description

Ensure talent management & employee development is carried on effectively helping to work together under principle of fairness, justice, common goal and openness.
Ensure factory is fully complied as per the local law\ buyers requirement
Forecast & ensure manpower requirement in the factory is met through different channels of sourcing like field campaigning, advertisements on local cable etc.
Analyze the skillset of the new workers through various technical tests with the help of IED and based on it fix the monetary compensation to the employee.
Monitor & appraise employees performance with the help of I.E.D.
Monitor staff discipline, inter department harmony and resolve conflict if any.
Maintain good industrial relation by way of creating congenial work environment through frequent interactions with employees, understanding their expectations, timely communication etc
Ensure all the systems meant for getting employees feed back, grievances redressal etc are functioning smoothly
Educate all employees on legal requirements with respect to handling labor, compiling to factory rules etc.
Liasion with local, government & statutory bodies which includes PF authorities, ESI authorities, labor depts, NGOs, directorate of factories, employment exchange, local police, local villagers, politicians, union leaders, etc.
Ensure required training programs are given to all the employees which on technical, behavioural & managerial areas.
Counsel employees on salary, wages, family, inter personal relationships etc.
Ensure Buyers Compliance standards are met & all Non Conformities identified if any is addressed on time.
Identify place / area where suspicion, anger, arrogance etc which hampers confidence building and overcome this by communication and re-building the confidence.
Ensure that salary, OT and other payments are made in time.
Ensure effective measures are taken care to reduce absenteeism and turn over through counseling.
Responsible for overall disciplin
