Review production schedules, engineering specifications, process flows, and other information to understand methods and activities in manufacturing and services of cotton spinningDevelop management control systems to make financial planning and cost analysis more efficientEnact quality control procedures to resolve production problems or minimize costsWork with customers and management to develop standards for design and productionDesign control systems to coordinate activities and production planning to ensure that products meet quality standardsConfer with clients about product specifications, vendors about purchases, management personnel about manufacturing capabilitiesUnderstand the production requirements and allot the operators for different production lines / styles as per skill requirements.Arrange the materials required for batches as per the requirement of the orders / style under productionBalance the line and to monitor the critical path of the product operationDevelop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilizationMonitoring of the optimum utilization of machinery and manpower in order to reduce costs and increase output. Inter-departmental coordination, standard operating routine procedure handling for the entire plant with an annual capacity Statutory technical compliance obligationsMIS reports
