Work with the CEO and HODs to influence the creation of company strategy and business priorities.Strategizing resource plans for monthly & quarterly reviews of individual storesResponsible for customer processes and auditImplementation of SOPsTo make and implement annual and season business plansTo ensure and review implementation of perpetual inventory control system at storesResource planning to achieve the sales budget in the regionReview of floor plans on a quarterly basis and initiate changes in co-ordination with the category headsConstant review of the financial data and support regional managers by providing inputs on improving sales.To evaluate required manpower at stores on quarterly basis as per strategic resource management frameworkIn co-ordination with the marketing team design and implement customer focused sales promotions and eventsTo provide leadership to the stores to align their thinking as per corporate objectivesTo motivate people to achieve sales targets and related business objectives to facilitate development of subordinatesTo co-ordinate between stores and services office for implementation of business plansGenerate ideas about future retail activities. Maintain up to date knowledge of competitors and trends.Take decisions on matters related to day-to-day retail operation in storesIdentify new store locations in existing and new citiesEstimate sales potential and product mix for new store locationsCo-ordinate between legal, projects, buying & merchandising, human resources and finance departments for smooth functioning
