lmprove productivity in manufacturing for greater cost effectiveness
Lead, control, motivate,train and develop the team to achieve targeted production
Streamlining procedure & systems, monitoring / control of consumption dyes/chem & other Inventory
Technical discussion with supplier and buyers for existing& future developments
Production management viz: order planning,organizing, execution and dispatch
