Job Description

Streamlining merchandising activities.
Provide intelligence to design and production to drive the right assortment for the brand.
Ensure efficient desk loom & yardage release as per requirement.
Trim development as per requirement of product categories.
Ensure sample / proto development to match the design CADs.
Costing working on MRPs for products, ensuring profitability.
Ensuring smooth functioning of the season Trade Show (1000+ dealers Domestic & International)
Finalize the cutting guidelines to match MOQs after the orders are confirmed.
Ensuring the hit ratio increases every season.
Gold seal comments based on tech packs and style sheets.
Ensuring smooth functioning of bulk production Fabric Capacity Booking.
Working on Institutional orders for the brand.
Managing and reviewing the range for NOS (Never out of Stock) & Flash line for respective categories.
Develop option plan at style and MRP level to help the design team focus their range accordingly.
Creating garment codes / style codes & fabric codes in SAP
Building databases to ensure intelligence for the team.
Analyze the best sellers across different channels (EBO+LFS+Trade+MBO) and highlight across teams.
Make review PPTs for brand head highlighting lows and highs in business processes.
Work closely with SCM, product development & design team to ensure effective transformation from concept to final garment.
