Job Description
Responsible for Business & Retail Operations of the brand Pan-India To effectively manage P&L within allocated budget in order to deliver a profitable performance Guiding Store Managers and Area Managers in analyzing the strengths and weaknesses per store, utilizing the financial profit and loss reports and provide corrective action plansEnsure that all stores provide service levels, which customers expectations.Ensure that graphics developed at head office are forwarded to all territories for implementation, thus creating a uniform image.Monitor store administration systems to maximize operational efficiency.Monitor housekeeping standards (front and back areas) to ensure stores projects a professional imageFormulate and implement store strategiesCommunicate all relevant information to Store Managers to ensure that they have an understanding of the operational activities and of their responsibilitiesMonitor store inventoryEnsure stock security measures are effectively managed by Store ManagersComplete a "New Store Schedule' prior to commencement of design process.Involve all relevant parties in the design and layouts process to ensure total agreementProvide guidance to concept Architect during the design and implementation process
