Sourcing of the merchandise from wholesale firms and directly from manufacturers on contract or subcontract basis (Imported as well as Indigenous sources-covering Indian, European & Far East Market)
New product developments / sourcing based on forecast by buyers and give latest accessories to designers to make new styles and covert them into orders
Such presentations were given every alternative month to support the design team
