Job Description

Responsible for target oriented hard* core Techno* Service to grow the business whilst containing competition.
Responsible to handle the segment of Textile Auxiliaries, Textile chemicals, exhaust / continuous applications or specialty chemical, Technical service.
Taking trial (for new products as well as for existing product) at customer's end (especially in exhaust & continuous applications.)
Looking after Promotion & Technical Assistance of Specialty Chemicals in Textiles.
Preparation of Promotional materials for different product promotion activity.
Providing Technical details for trails.
Detail analysis of competitor's products against new/existing product.
Technical assistance at customer end for solving of shop floor related problems.
Promote Products on Technical terms & handling technical functions.
Handling of Customers technical complaint & Queries.
Attending and analysing customer complaints.
Conducting the trials of new developed products at customer end.
New product development to meet customers requirements.
Technical assistance at customer end for solving of shop floor related problems.
Co* ordination and interaction with the customers for their orders.
Providing details of the services offered by the companies to the existing and the prospective customers.
